| 摘 要： | 农业产业结构是指农业中各产业的构成比例。它可以分为三个层次:一是生产结构,二是产品结构,三是品种结构。调整农业产业结构的社会经济动因主要是,(1)国内消费需求变化的要求;(2)应对国际竞争的要求;(3)改善农业生态环境,实现可持续发展的要求;(4)使农民摆脱贫困,实现小康的要求。调整农业产业结构的基本原则是,(1)市场导向原则;(2)因地制宜原则;(3)经济效益原则;(4)产业化经营原则;(5)可持续发展原则;(6)动态调整原则;(7)政府指导与农民自主原则。

| Abstract: | The industrial structure of agriculture is the composing proportion of the each industry in agriculture. It can be divided into three levels. First is the producing structure, second is the product structure, and third is the variety structure. The major social and economic reasons that adjust the agriculture industrial structure are: (1)The requirement that change on domestic consume demand; (2)The requirement that cope with the international competition; (3)The requirement that improve agriculture ecosystem environment and realize sustainable development; (4)The requirement that make the farmer get away from poor, realize the comfortable. Basic principles that adjust the agriculture industrial structure are:(1)The principle that market lead toes; (2)The principle that adjust structure according to the native condition; (3)The principle that get economic benefit; (4)The principle of industrializion; (5)The principle of sustainable development; (6)The principle of variable adjustment; (7)The principle that government guides and farmer gets independence. |
