| 摘 要： | 针对食品科学与工程专业食品分析课程特点，从教学内容、教学方法和考核方式等方面对该课程的教学进行了改革。通过改革，对提高教学质量和学生对本课程的学习兴趣，以及对培养学生的动手能力、创新能力和综合素质有一定的借鉴意义。
