| 摘 要： | 采用Klein—Defors悬浮杀灭方法，考察了那氏（NAS）制剂对H5N1和H9N2亚型禽流感病毒的杀灭效果。将不同浓度的NAS制剂药物组与利巴韦林药物对照组与H5N1亚型和H9N2亚型病毒各分别混合10min和30min。后10倍递进稀释成10个稀释度，接种鸡胚尿囊腔。培养一定时间后采集尿囊液进行血凝试验（HA），计算NAS制剂对两种亚型禽流感病毒在不同时间的杀灭率。结果表明，以1：40、1：80、1：160、1：320、1：640的稀释浓度与10^7-63 EID50禽流感H5N1亚型病毒液作用10min，病毒杀灭率分别为99．99％、99．99％、32．39％、0、0；作用30min杀灭病毒率分别为100％、99．99％、99．43％、0、0。与10^0.17 EID50 H9N2亚型禽流感病毒液作用10min，其杀灭病毒率分别为99．99％、99．99％、32．39％、0、0；作用30min病毒杀灭率分别为100％、99．99％、90％、0、0。提示NAS制剂对这两种病毒都有较好的杀灭作用，而且杀灭效果与时间有关。

| Abstract: | Inactivating effects of NAS preparations on subtype H5N1 and H9N2 AIV was investigated by Klein-Defors test in vitro.The various concentration of NAS preparations and Ribavirin were mised with subtype H5N1 AIV（10^7.03EID50）and H9N2 （10^8.17 EID50）AIV respectively,and the mixture was diluted to 10 dilutions with sterile physiologic saline,10-day-old SPF chicken embryo was inoculated with the various dilutions after interacting for 10 and 30 minuters between the preparations and Ribasults showed that the inactivating ration of 1：40,1：80、1：160、1：320 and 1：640 NAS preparation on H5N1 subtype were 99.99%、99.99%、32.39%、0 and 0 for 10 minuters,100%、99.99%、99.43%、0 and 0 for 30 minutes.The inactiviating ratios of various concentrations of NAS preparations on H9N2 subtype for 10 minutes were 99.99%、99.99%、32.39%、0 and 0 ,100%、99.99%、90%、0 and 0 for 30 minutes. |
