摘    要:目的]研究采用外源物质处理减轻高温对黄瓜幼苗的伤害的最佳条件。方法]采用不同浓度的水杨酸、草酸、脯氨酸对黄瓜种子和幼苗分别进行浸种和叶面喷施处理,研究黄瓜幼苗在高温胁迫下体内SOD、CAT、MDA、Pro、电导率以及叶片水势的变化及其与外源物质的关系。结果]高温胁迫条件下,2.00 mmol/L水杨酸浸种处理能显著缓解高温胁迫对幼苗造成的伤害,恢复温度24和48 h后该处理仍有显著效果;叶面喷施处理中,0.10 mmol/L水杨酸能显著提高幼苗的耐热性,其次是0.05 mmol/L水杨酸和5.00 mmol/L草酸;水杨酸、草酸和脯氨酸叶面喷施处理具有时效性,在3 d之内效果明显。结论]水杨酸2.00 mmol/L浸种处理以及0.10 mmol/L叶面喷施对缓解高温胁迫对幼苗造成伤害的效果最显著。

Effect of Exogenous Substance on Physiological and Biochemical Characters of Cucumber Seedling under High Temperature Stress
Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to find out the best conditions on adopting the exogenous substance to lessen the harm on cucumber seedling by high temperature.Method] The salicylic acid,oxalic acid and proline with different concn.were used to soak cucumber seeds and spray on leaves of cucumber seedlings resp.The SOD,CAT,MDA,Pro,and conductivity in the body of cucumber seedlings and change of leaf water potential under high temperature stress as well as their relationship with exogenous substance were studied.Result] Under the high temperature stress,the seed soaking treatment with salicylic acid at 2.00 mmol/L could relieve significantly the seedling damage caused by high temperature stress,and this treatment still had obvious effect after temperature restoration for 24 h and 48 h.Among leaf spraying treatments,0.10 mmol/L of salicylic acid could heighten the heat resistance of seedling significantly,and the next were 0.05 mmol/L of salicylic acid and 5.00 mmol/L of oxalic acid.The leaf spraying treatment with salicylic acid,oxalic acid and praline had time effectiveness,the effect was evident within 3 d.Conclusion] The seed soaking treatment with 2.00 mmol/L of salicylic acid and leaf spraying with 0.10 mmol/L one had most significant effect on relieving the seedling damage caused by high temperature stress.
