高压静电场处理干湿黄瓜种子的生物效应及机理

摘    要:高压静电场对同一植物不同状态下产生的生物效应有所不同。采用强度为20kV/cm、时间为20s的高压静电场处理干、湿两种状态的黄瓜种子。结果表明:在静电场(20kV/cm,20s)处理后,干、湿两种黄瓜种子在萌发期各项生理指标均比对照组有显著的提高,而且高压静电处理吸胀种子比处理干种子的效果更为明显。

Abstract:Respectively disposed dry and wet Cucumber Seeds for 20 seconds with High Voltage Electrostatic Field of 20 kV/cm. The results indicated that the value of every physiological index of Cucumber Seeds during germination was remarkably enhanced than comparative group, and the effect of HVEF on Cucumber Seeds during imbibitions is more various than dry seeds.
