| 摘 要： | 利用荧光AFLP分子标记技术,采用5对EcoR I/MseI引物对景洪橡胶树种质资源圃内的54份魏克汉种质进行遗传变异分析,共扩增出多态性位点245个,平均多态性位点百分率96.73%;所有检出位点的平均观测等位基因Na、平均有效等位基因Ne、平均Neis基因多样度H和平均香农信息指数I分别为1.967 3,1.573 3,0.345 8,0.519 7,不同种质之间存在明显的遗传变异;基于相似系数对所有供试材料进行UPGMA聚类分析,在相似系数为0.66时,共分为9支,但各支中包含的种质表现为无规律性的交错分布.

| Abstract: | Fluorescent-AFLP markers were used to determine the genetic diversity of 54 rubber tree(Hevea brasiliensis) accessions of Wickham germplasm from Jinghong Rubber Tree Germplasm Repository.A total of 245 polymorphic loci were amplified by 5 pairs of EcoR I/Mse I fluorescent-AFLP primer combinations,the average percentage of polymorphic loci being 96.73%.The average observed number of alleles,average effective number of alleles,average Nei’s gene diversity and average Shannon information index of all the loci examined were 1.967 3,1.573 3,0.345 8 and 0.519 7,respectively,which indicated that there was significant difference in genetic diversity among different germplasms.UPGMA cluster analysis divided the 54 accessions into 9 groups based on a similarity coefficient 0.66,but the performances of germplasm in various groups were irregular and complex. |
