| 摘 要： | 目的：青蒿中有多种药用成分,其中的青蒿素具有抗菌、抗寄生虫、解热及促进免疫等作用。且毒性极低,无副作用,青蒿素是最重要生理活性之一。所以研究青蒿素的抗菌作用具有重要意义。方法：用恒温搅拌法提取出青蒿素的样品,然后选用两种典型细菌菌株通过滤纸片法对青蒿素的抗菌作用进行了定性和定量研究。结论：青蒿素对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌均有抑制作用。且随着浓度逐渐增大抑菌作用也随之加强。

| Abstract: | Objective arteminsin in a variety of medicinal ingredients,which has the qinghaosu antiparasites, jiere, and the promotion of the role of immune, and so on.. and they are low toxicity with no side effects and anti-bacterial, arteminsin is the most important physiological activity. Therefore the sutdy on antibacterical dffect is of great significance, methods：constant mixing aomestica out of qinghaosu correspondto, and then choose to use two kinds of bacteria through the filter paper speetropho qinghaosu the antibiosis effects of conducted a qualitative and quantitative research.. Conclusion Attemisinin has antibacterical effects on Wscherichia coil and Staphylococcus aureus . And the antibacterial increases as the concentration increases. |
