盐胁迫下不同小麦品种的渗透势研究

摘    要:目的]揭示盐胁迫下植物的耐盐生理机制。方法]用NaCl模拟盐胁迫条件,将耐盐性不同的4个小麦品种置于0.4%NaCl溶液培养5 d,水培为对照,测定其叶、根、芽鞘的渗透势及渗透调节能力。结果]在盐胁迫条件下,4个小麦品种的饱和渗透势均呈下降趋势,且耐盐性不同的小麦品种之间差异显著;耐盐品种沧麦6001和RH8706-49的渗透调节能力均高于不耐盐品种沧麦071和H8706-34。耐盐品种不同器官的渗透调节能力均为芽鞘最强,根次之,叶子最弱;不耐盐品种沧麦071芽鞘的渗透调节能力最强,叶次之,根最弱,H8706-34芽鞘的渗透调节能力最强,根次之,叶最弱。结论]盐胁迫条件下,耐盐小麦品种渗透势的降低程度明显高于不耐盐品种,且小麦芽鞘的渗透调节能力最强。

Abstract:Objective] The research was to reveal the mechanism of botanic salt tolerance under salt stress.Method] NaCl was used to simulate the salt stress and 4 wheat varieties with different salt tolerances were cultivated in solution with 0.4% NaCl for 5 d with that cultivated in water as CK.The osmotic potential and the osmoregulation ability of their leaves,roots and coleoptiles were measured.Result] Under salt stress,the saturation osmotic potentials of 4 wheat varieties all had a decreased tread and there was a significant difference among wheat varieties with varied salt tolerances.The osmoregulation abilities of salt-tolerant Cangmai 6001 and RH8706-49 were higher than that of salt-intolerant Cangmai 071 and H8706-34.The osmoregulation ability of different organs in the salt-tolerant variety all had a tread as follows: that of coleoptile was highest,that of leaf was second and that of root was lowest.The osmoregulation ability of coleoptile for Cangmai 071 was highest,that of leaf was second and that of root was lowest.The osmoregulation ability of coleoptile for H8706-34 was highest,that of root was second and that of leaf was lowest.Conclusion] Under salt stress,the osmotic potential of salt-tolerant wheat variety was decreased obviously than that of salt-intolerant wheat variety,and the osmoregulation ability of wheat coleoptile was highest.
