茄子、蕃茄、辣椒种子经N+离子注入后的生物效应

摘    要:用35Kev的N^ 离子束注入茄子,蕃茄,辣椒等种子,进行诱变处理,通过田间种植对照分析,茄子比对照增产25.0%-57.9%,发病率仅在1.89%-4.62%。变异果大,果脐呈带状,拉长,变异明显,离子束注入的加工蕃茄比对照早熟20天,产量可提高22.4%,蕃茄红素等品质因素经检测都有提高,当代效应十分明显,辣椒经离子束注入后,平均出苗率比对照提高8.0%。显著提高了疫霉病的抗病性,死病率仅38.6%,比对照死病率89.7%下降了51.1%,有望解决多年来一直困扰生产的辣椒抗病性难题。

Abstract:The seeds of Aubergine,Tomato and Hot Pepper are subjected to the injection of 35 kevN + ion mutation. Analysis of field plantation reveals that Aubergine increase production by 25.0%-57.9% and incidence rate of disease is only 1.89%-4.62%, the fruit navel grows larger, longer and into the shape of belt .Tomato subjected to ion implantion matures 20 days earlier andits production increases by 22.4%. Qualities such as lycopene are improved also. The effect of present age is very evident. After N + ion injection, the average germination rate of Hot Pepper increases by 8.0% and the resistance to disease of phytophthora capsici Leon also see some improvement. Fatality rate dropps by 51.1% to 38.6%. The study shows some potential to solve permanently hot Pepper's disease resistance problem, which have troubled the agriculture industry for many years.
