培养基配方对盾叶薯蓣组培苗生根的影响研究

摘    要:本文对影响盾叶薯蓣组培苗生根的主要因素:MS1、/2 MS基本培养基、活性碳、NAA、6-BA、AgNO3进行了试验研究。结果表明在诱导盾叶薯蓣组培苗生根过程中,基本培养基以MS为佳,活性碳对生根具明显抑制作用。NAA与6-BA具互作效应,诱导盾叶薯蓣组培苗生根时应尽量减少(或不用)6-BA,培养基以MS NAA1.0 6-BA0.25效果最佳。AgNO3对诱导盾叶薯蓣组培苗生根无明显作用,并与NAA不存在互作效应。

Abstract:The effects of MS,1/ 2MS culture medium and medium additive such as activated charcoal,NAA,6-BA and AgNO_3 on root-growing of Dioscorea zingiberensis seedling were studied.Results indicated that MS was a little better than 1/?2MS in root-growing,and no effect was observed for AgNO_3,but activated charcoal showed strong inhibition.In addition,NAA and 6-BA has significant interaction,therefore,the rate of 6-BA should be minimized in practical use.The best formula for root-growing induction was MS NAA(1.0 mg/L) 6-BA(0.25 mg/L).
