黄瓜枯萎病拮抗芽孢杆菌B67在土壤及黄瓜根际的定殖

摘    要:利用抗利福平标记法研究拮抗芽孢杆菌B67在土壤及黄瓜根部的定殖情况。结果表明:利福平标记菌株B67在土壤中的定殖随时间延长土壤中菌量下降,至第31天菌量降至0。不同黄瓜品种对拮抗芽孢杆菌B67定殖影响不显著。B67菌株处理后,在黄瓜根系各部位土壤中均发现供试菌株,且菌量随时间延长而下降,但至第20天时仍能检测到供试菌株的存在

Abstract:Colonizing of B67 isolate marked with Rifampicin on the soil and rhizosphere of cucumber were investigated. The results showed that B67 could be colonized in soil. Population of B67 isolate declined with prolonging time and received 0 after treatment 31days. Cucumber varieties had not significant effect on colonizing population of B67 isolate. B67 isolates were detected in rhizosphere of cucumber and the population of B67 isolate decreased as time went by, while it could still be detected at the 20th day after the treatment.
