| Abstract: | To explore the infectivity of Aeromonas Salmonidae from rainbow trout to the hybrid sturgeon and the main clinical symptoms and pathological changes after artificial infection.The method of measuring median-lethal dose,observation of clinical symptoms,anatomical changes of hybrid sturgeon and observation of histopathological section(HE staining)were carried out.Whether it is pathogenic and lethal to hybrid sturgeon?It turns out it does,and the median lethal dose was 7.9×106 CFU/mL when injected into the gluteal fin;Increase of mucus secretion on the body surface of hybrid sturgeon;Multi-organ with bleeding points,serious cases have ulcer stove formation,pathological slicing observation found that after infection hybrid crucibles,muscles,fat,intestines and heart tissues have obvious pathological changes,of which the pathological changes are more obvious parts of the gill filament twisting and shedding,intestinal fluff shedding and liver cells of the blistering degeneration.In summary,It can be inferred that Aeromonas salmonicida can cause hybrid sturgeon disease and is lethal to hybrid sturgeon.Its main clinical symptoms are the same as furunculosis. |
