| 摘 要： | 为黑山羊品种的选育及临床珍断提供事考依据,测定了5月龄、8月龄、1岁、2岁和3岁贵州黑山羊母羊的15项血液生理指标.结果表明:5个年龄段的白细胞中单核细胞数量(MON)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)等6项指标无显著性差异,其他9个血液生理指标在不同年龄间存在一定的差异.但各年龄段的血液生理指标与平均值相比,除8月龄的白细胞中淋巴细胞数量(LYM)、3岁的血红蛋白浓度(HGB)和1岁的白细胞中中性粒细胞比串(GRA%)外,其他指标间无显著性差异.所测定的15项血液生理指标的平均值可作为贵州黑山羊的正常血液生理指标. |
