桑黄多糖脱蛋白方法与条件优化

摘    要:对桑黄多糖提取液中的蛋白质去除方法和条件进行了优化.采用Sevag法与三氯乙酸(TCA)法去除桑黄多糖中的游离蛋白质,比较两种方法对蛋白质去除的影响.结果表明,三氯乙酸法去除蛋白质的效果优于Sevag法,其最佳脱蛋白条件为:5%三氯乙酸用量,处理3次,反应时间30 min,在此条件下,蛋白质去除率为82%,多糖损失率为10.8%.

Abstract:In this paper,the protein removing methods and their effect factors on polysaccharide extraction from Phellinus baumii were studied.Sevag method and TCA method were used to remove protein from crude polysaccharide of Phellinus baumii respectively,and the effect of protein removing was compared.The results showed that that the effect of TCA method on removing protein was superior to that of Sevag method,and the optimum condition of removing protein with TCA was 30 min,5 % trichloroacetic acid,3 times treatme...
