日粮不同维生素A添加水平对生长肉兔生产性能、免疫、VA沉积和脂质过氧化反应的影响

摘    要:本研究探讨了维生素A对断奶到2月龄新西兰肉兔生产性能、免疫指标、血清及肝脏维生素A浓度、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和丙二醛(MDA)活力的影响。选用30日龄断奶新西兰肉兔80只,随机分成5个处理,在基础日粮中添加不同水平的维生素A(3000、6000、12 000、24 000 IU/kg),试验期23 d。日粮维生素A添加水平对生长肉兔料重比影响显著(P<0.05),对平均日增重和平均日采食量无显著影响(P>0.05):VA添加水平达6000 IU/kg时,试兔的平均日增重和料重比最好。不同维生素A水平对试验兔胸腺指数和脾脏指数影响不显著(P>0.05)。随着日粮VA添加水平的提高,肝脏VA含量显著升高。日粮添加维生素A能极显著提高血清抗氧化酶活性。断奶至2月龄生长肉兔日粮维生素A添加水平以6 000IU/kg为宜。过量摄入维生素A可使生产性能下降,增加机体的氧化损伤。

Abstract:The trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of different dietary vitamin A supplement levels(3000,6000,12 000 and 24 0000 IU/kg,respectively) on the production performance,immunity indexes,vitamin A concentration,SOD,GSH-Px and MDA activities in serum and liver of 2 to 3-month old growing meat rabbits.Eighty 2-month rabbits were allocated in individual cages for five treatments in which they were fed each diet above.The results were as follows:Dietary Vitamin A supplement levels had no significant effect on average daily gain(ADG),average daily intake(ADI)(P>0.05) and had significant effect on feed/gain ratio(F/G)(P<0.05).ADG and F/G were the best when dietary VA supplement level was 6000 IU/kg.There were no significant differences on immunity indexes among different treatments(P>0.05).VA concentration in liver increased with the increasing of dietary VA supplement levels.Dietary VA supplement levels could improve serum anti-oxidative activity.The appropriate dietary VA supplement levels to 2 to 3-month old growing meat rabbit was 6000 IU/kg.
