摘    要:目的]研究不同碳源、氮源和无机盐对树舌液体深层培养的影响。方法]以树舌菌丝体的生物量为指标,采用单因子试验和正交试验对培养基进行优化。结果]最适培养基为可溶性淀粉3%、黄豆粉1.5%、酵母膏0.3%、磷酸二氢钾0.3%、硫酸锌0.002%、硫酸镁0.10%,在28℃、140 r/m in的恒温培养振荡器上振荡培养6 d,生物量可16.29 g/L。结论]试验得出树舌发酵培养基的最佳配方,在此条件下,生物量大大提高,有利于大规模工业化生产。

Abstract:Objective] The effects of different carbon sources, nitrogen sources and inorganic salts on biomass of Ganoderma applanatum were studied.Method] With mycelial biomass as index, optimum medium was obtained by using single factor and orthogonal experiment.Result] The maximal biomass was 16.29 g/L when G.applanatum strain grew in the flask containing soluble starch 3%, soybean powder 1.5%, yeast extract 0.3%, KH_2PO_4 0.3%, ZnSO_4 0.002%, MgSO_4 0.10%, on a rotary shaker under the condition of 140 r/min for 6 d at 28 ℃.Conclusion] The best G.applanatum fermentation medium was obtained.Under the above conditions, biomass was improved, which was conducive to its large-scale industrial production.
