| 摘 要： | 用云南株伊氏锥虫克隆体外培养，培养后于第１８－６０ｄ之间，每间隔一周通过免疫抑制鼠（ＣＹ鼠）克隆，建立了７个克隆群体，并将其分别与７种克隆特异性抗血清进行免疫溶解和中和试验。

| Abstract: | A cloned populstion of the Trypanosoma evansi stock YN was used for cultivation in vitro. Seven clone populations were set up in mice treated with cyclophosphamide during 18 to 60 days of cultivation. They were termed as 018, 025, 032, 039, 046, 053, and 060, respeCtively. Immune lysis and neutralization tests were carried out of the seven clone populations with seven clone specific antiserums. 018 and 025 were lysed or/and neutralized by AS018 and AS025; 032, 039, 046, and 053 were lysed or/and neutralized by AS032, AS039, AS046 and AS053; 060 was only lysed or/and neutralized by AS060. These clone populations were grouped into three varisble antigen types (VATs), designated as YuTat 1. 1, YuTat 1. 2, and YuTat 1. 3, according to the nomenclature of VATs. Immunolytic tests were carried out using AS025, AS039, and AS060 against the three VATs with the initial population of 18 to 60-day in vitro culture. The result showed that the T. evansi of cultivation in vitro were composed of mised VATs, and the compositions of VATs changed with the varied duration of cultivation in vitro. |
