木基陶瓷材料制造技术的研究进展

摘    要:木材具有多层次、纤维状胞管结构和各向异性等结构特征,正是这种高气孔率结构特征造就了木材较好的刚性、强度和韧性.以可再生资源木材等木质材料为基础模板,借助物理的、化学的、冶金的方法进行陶瓷化转变,获得一系列结构功能一体化的木基陶瓷材料,为材料的结构与功能设计提供了新思路.木基陶瓷材料制造技术的研究正如日中天、与时俱进,通过木质材料的陶瓷化转变不仅可以制备无机改性“陶木”、高温烧成C/C型木基陶瓷、高温反应性渗入复合S i/S iC型木基陶瓷,更可制备具有网络互穿结构的金属化木基陶瓷材料等,具有广阔的发展空间和应用前景.

Abstract:The unique structure of wood is distinguished by a hierarchical fibrillar tracheidal structure and anisotropy.Due to this particular structure,wood is made to exhibit a remarkable combination of higher strength,stiffness and toughness by its cellular microstructure of high porosity.Conversion of wood into a series of woodceramics with physical,chemical and metallurgic methods to the woody template anatomy offers great potential for designing novel woodceramics with structural-functional integration.The study of the fabrication technique of woodceramics is not only on the rise but also changes with time.Inorganically ameliorated woodceramics;C/C woodceramics by sintering in high temperature,Si/SiC woodceramics by reactive infiltration in high temperature and woodceramics / metal with interpenetrating network have been successfully manufactured by this technique.It is expected that this novel technology will be extensively developed and widely applied.
