摘    要:农业物联网因工作环境和使用条件的限制,多分布于农业生产一线,导致供电问题一直以来是影响农业物联网高效推广的技术瓶颈。针对以上问题提出采用模块化设计方法,设计并研制一种基于太阳能发电的农业物联网多功能供电系统。系统设计了发电、储电、显示、保护和遥控等功能,可为用户提供直流5 V,12 V和交流220 V供电,还可根据实际需求增加自动逐日循迹、防盗报警等扩展功能。通过试验测量,在使用40 W光伏板、内部采用12 V、10 AH铅锌蓄电池容量作为供电电源,外部接12 V直流负载,在4 A放电电流条件下,全天24 h供电最低储电量为26%、最高为100%,充放电次数达到400次以上。实际产品具有体积小、成本低、模块化设计等特点,适合于农业物联网、无人值守数据采集终端等不便于连接外部电源等工作环境。

Abstract:Along with the limitation of working environment and using conditions, the Agricultural Internet of things is mostly distributed in the front line of agricultural production, resulting in the power supply problem which has been the technical bottleneck affecting the efficient promotion of the Agricultural Internet of things. In view of the above problems, the modular design method is proposed to design and develop a multi-functional power supply system for the Agricultural Internet of things based on solar power generation. In the system, the functions of power generation, power storage, display, protection and remote control are designed to provide users with DC 5 V, 12 V and AC 220 V power supply. In addition, the expansion functions such as automatic daily tracking, anti-theft alarm can be added according to the actual demand. According to the test and measurement, when 40 W photovoltaic panel is used, 12 V and 10 Ah lead-zinc battery capacity is used as the power supply inside and 12 V DC load is connected outside. Under 4 A discharge current condition, the minimum storage capacity of 24 hours power supply is 26% and the maximum storage capacity is 100%, and the charge and discharge times are more than 400 times. The actual product has the characteristics of small size, low cost, modular design, etc, which is suitable for the working environment of agricultural Internet of Things, unattended data acquisition terminal, etc, which is not convenient to connect external power supply.
