生物质成型燃料锅炉燃烧控制系统设计与试验研究

摘    要:为实现生物质成型燃料锅炉高效清洁燃烧的目标,通过对生物质成型燃料燃烧过程进行多变量耦合特性分析,提出基于前馈串级复合控制方法的生物质成型燃料锅炉燃烧控制方案,并对搭载该燃烧控制系统的生物质成型燃料锅炉进行热平衡试验和大气污染物排放浓度检测试验。试验结果表明:当过剩空气系数α为1.7时,燃烧效率最高,达到83.2%~83.7%,且各项污染物排放浓度均低于国家排放标准要求,具有较高的推广利用价值。

Abstract:By analyzing the multivariable coupling characteristics of combustion process of biomass molded fuel, the combustion control system of biomass briquette boiler based on feed-forward cascade compound control method is proposed to achieve the goal of high efficiency and clean combustion. The tests of heat balance and air pollutant emission concentration detection are carried out on biomass briquette boiler with the combustion control system. The test results show that when the excess air coefficient α is 1.7, the combustion efficiency is the highest, reaching 83.2%~83.7%, and the emission concentrations of various pollutants are lower than the requirements of national emission standards, which has a high promotion and utilization value.
