干旱和铅双重胁迫对刺槐叶片有机渗透调节物质的影响

摘    要:研究西北干旱、半干旱地区常见豆科木本植物刺槐(Robinia pseudoacacia)对铅胁迫的响应,为干旱地区铅污染土壤植被恢复提供依据。采用旱棚盆栽控水方法,对1年生刺槐幼苗在水分和铅双重胁迫条件下叶片内主要有机渗透调节物质的含量变化进行了研究。结果表明:刺槐叶片可溶性糖含量受干旱胁迫历时和铅胁迫持续时间影响显著;受干旱胁迫强度和铅胁迫强度影响其含量有所变化,但是不显著。干旱胁迫对刺槐脯氨酸含量和可溶性蛋白含量变化起主导作用,其中,重度干旱胁迫(田间持水量的40%)对脯氨酸影响达到显著性水平,轻度和重度干旱胁迫都对可溶性蛋白影响达到显著性水平。可溶性蛋白含量在土壤含有300mg·kg-1醋酸铅时差异显著。在干旱和铅双重胁迫作用下,刺槐可溶性糖、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量均有变化,但是脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白所起的渗透调节作用较大。

Abstract:In order to understand the responses of Robinia pseudoacacia,a common Leguminosae woody plant in arid and semi-arid regions to lead stress,pot experiments were carried out in the dry shed.One-year-old R.pseudoacacia seedlings were planted and imposed double stresses of drought and lead.The main osmotic substances in the leaves were measured throughout the growing period.The results showed that the content of soluble sugar(SS) in the leaves under double stresses changed slightly and the differences were not significant,however,it was significantly affected by the duration of the stresses.Drought stress played a dominant role on proline(Pro) content and soluble protein(SP),in which the effect of severe drought stress(40% of the field water content) on Pro reached a significant level.Mild and severe drought stress on SP also reached a significant level.The effect of lead on SP content in the 300 mg·kg-1 treatment was significant.It was concluded that under the stress of drought and lead,the contents of SS,Pro and SP in the leaves of R.pseudoacacia were all changed in various degrees,but significant changes were observed in the contents of Pro and SP,indicating that they played more important roles in osmotic adjustment than soluble sugar.
