蓝桉枝叶不同温度水提液的化感作用

摘    要:用5、15、25、35℃蓝桉枝叶水提液对萝卜种子进行处理,观察蓝桉水提液对萝卜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:高浓度水提液(0.067g.mL-1)对萝卜种子发芽率、发芽势及幼苗鲜重、干重起抑制作用,随着浓度降低抑制作用减小,甚至表现为促进作用;就温度而言,中高浓度(≥0.022g.mL-1)下水提液的化感抑制作用随着温度升高而增强,多重比较显示不同温度之间存在极显著或显著差异,随浓度降低不同温度水提液间的化感作用差异变小,在低浓度(0.007g.mL-1)时则无显著差异。在自然条件下,气温升高可使蓝桉降雨淋洗液的化感作用增强。

Abstract:In order to understand the effect of temperature on the allelopathy of Eucalyptus globulus,Raphanus sativa seeds were treated by the water extracts of E.globulus branches and leaves obtained from extracting temperature of 5,15,25,35 ℃to observe seed germination and seedling growth.The concentrations of the extracts were 0.067,0.022 and 0.007 g·mL-1,respectively.The results showed that water extracts of high concentration had a negative effect on seed germination rate,seed germination potential,fresh weight and dry weight of R.sativa seedlings,the negative effect became weaker with the decrease of extract concentration,even turned into positive effect.With high and middle concentrations,the negative effect became stronger with the increase of extracting temperature.Very significant or significant differences were found among different temperatures.The difference became smaller with the decrease of concentrations,and became not significant at the concentration of 0.007 g·mL-1.It was inferred that under natural conditions,the allelopathic effect of E.globules by rainfall leaching solution would became stronger with the increase of temperature.
