箣竹不同方法育苗效果研究

摘    要:研究了箣竹带蔸埋秆、埋双节和主枝扦插法的育苗效果和苗木的高生长规律,通过分析3种育苗方法的成竹率和成竹质量等指标,认为埋双节法效果最好,成竹率高达86.2%,育苗1a后新竹的平均竹高和地径分别达到1.99m和1.47cm,另外2种方法中,带蔸埋秆法尤其是母竹基部的成竹质量较好,主枝扦插法育苗效果相对较差,但具有材料丰富、费用低的优势;箣竹苗木自笋出土后,遵循着"慢-快-慢"的生长规律,新竹高度(y/m)随出笋天数(x/d)变化的模型为y=-0.001 5x3+0.182 3x2-1.997 9x+9.161 2(R2=0.996 2)。

Abstract:Effects of different propagation methods and seedling growth laws of Bambusa blumeana were studied,including culm burying with rhizome,stock burying with two nodes and main branches cuttage.The seedling survival rate and new bamboo quality of three methods were analyzed and compared.The results showed that the stock burying with two nodes had the best effect,and its seedling survival rate had reached 86.2%,and one year later,the average stem height and ground diameter of new bamboo had reached 1.99 m and 1.47cm,respectively.For the other two methods,through culm burying with rhizome,the new bamboo quality was better especially in basal culm.The method of main branches cuttage had a little poor effect,but it had plenty of material and low cost.After shoots pushed soil up,the young seedling growth laws followed as "slow-fast-slow",and the model of seedling height(y/m) to time after bamboo shooting(x/d)was y=-0.001 5x3+0.182 3x2-1.997 9x+9.161 2(R2=0.996 2).
