家兔桑椹胚和早期囊胚在饲养层表面的贴壁行为

摘    要:探讨了不同状态家兔3日龄桑椹胚和4日龄囊胚在饲养层上的贴壁规律。结果表明,去除或保留透明带和胶膜的全胚贴壁最晚,离散胚在培养24h内即可贴壁,切割胚贴壁大多数发生于体外培养24~48h之间。离散胚和切割胚都可能在培养12h后重新聚集成中空的亚囊胚结构。亚囊胚的贴壁过程是某一部位首先附着于饲养层表面,然后滋胚层铺展形成向下的拉力,使其全部贴壁。液滴培养与四孔板培养法对亚囊胚的贴壁无显著性差异

Attachment of the Rabbit Morulae and Early Blastocysts on the Feeder Layer
Abstract:The attachment behavior of the rabbit embryos treated by different methods on the surface of the feeder layer was observed.The results indicated that the attachment of the intact blastocysts with or without zona pellucida were the slowest.The disaggregated ones attached in 24 hours,and the bisected ones in 24 to 48 hours in vitro culture.The disaggregated and bisected blastocysts could aggregate again and form the sub blastocysts before attachment.The attachment process of sub blastocysts was that one point of the spherical structure anchored to the surface of the feeder layer,then the adhesive cells spread and migrated to form a force which pulled the remaining parts of the embryos onto the surface of the feeder layer.There was no significant difference in attachment rate between the drop culture and the four well dish culture.
