| 摘 要： | 本文首次报道茉莉Jasminum sambac(L.)Ait]体细胞的染色体数目和核型:2n-2X=26=8m+16sm+2sm(sAT),茉莉染色体以 X=13为基数,但也有少量非整倍体和多倍体细胞.

| Abstract: | The present paper describes for the first time the karyotype of(J.sambac(L.) Air).Its somatic chromosome is 2n=2x=26=8m+16sm+2sm(SAT).The results reveal that a few mixoploidy exists in its somatic cells. |
