| 摘 要： | 土地是人们赖以生存的基础,经过近千年的时代变迁,至今仍是许多人的生存依靠。近代时期是中国社会变化最大、形态呈现最丰富的一个时期,从清末到新中国成立,中国社会经历了封建时期、旧民主主义革命时期、新民主主义革命时期,短短百年时间里,中国的社会形态几经转变,而随之改变的还有土地权力。近代地权转移对依靠土地生存的少数民族地区的经济发展来说,一方面对其一家一户、自给自足的生活模式产生冲击,另一方面对少数民族地区的市场经济形成与发展有着重要影响。龙塘村收集到的土地文书代表了这一区域的土地所有权在不同时期的变化和对整个区域经济状态的影响,这对该地区经济形态的历史梳理和发展研究具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Land is the basis for people’s survival,and still the sustenance necessity for most people after nearly a thousand years of changes.The modern period was the time when Chinese society changed the most and showed the most abundant forms.From the end of the Qing Dynasty to the founding of New China,Chinese society experienced the feudal period,the old democratic revolution period,and the new democratic revolution period.In just one hundred years,China’s social form changed several times,and the land power also changed.The transfer of land rights affected the economic development of ethnic minority areas that depended on land for survival.On the one hand,it affected the family economy and the self-sufficient lifestyle of households.On the other hand,it had an important impact on the formation and development of market economy in ethnic minority areas.The land documents collected in the Longtang village represented the changes of land ownership in this area in different periods and the further influence on the economic status of the entire region,which is of great significance for the historical review of the economic form in the region. |
