| 摘 要： | 研究大花香水月季雌蕊群的授粉率及花粉管生长途径，为其育种应用及资源保护提供依据。显微观察统计大花香水月季花期雌蕊群的授粉效率，荧光显微观察花粉管生长途径。结果表明：花朵萼片平行伸展后120h，柱头授粉率接近100%，单柱头花粉量达最大值为（84.20±5.8）粒；自萼片自然伸展48h时柱头上少量萌发，72h后花粉管伸长至花柱中下部，90h后观察到有花粉管进入子房。大花香水月季单花雄蕊（129±20）枚，雌蕊（30±5）枚，开放持续5～7d；花粉自萌发至花粉管进入胚珠需要30～40h。

| Abstract: | The pollination rate and the pollen tube growth in the gynoecia of Rosa odorata var. gigantean were studied to provide scientific basis for making right protection strategy and fostering new cultivars. The pollination efficiency of pollen grains deposited on stigmas of R. odorata var. gigantea was examined and the pollen tube growth in the gynoecia was observed with fluorescence microscopy. Results showed that the pollination rate could reach 100％,and the number of pollen grains reached (84.20±5.87) per pistil at 120 h after sepal opening; some pollen were deposited on stigma at 48 h after sepal opening, a few of pollen germinated soon after. The pollen tube extended into the middle of style at 72 h and passed through the base of style at 90 h after sepal opening and entered into the ovary. The number of stamens averaged (129±20) and pistil averaged (30±5) per flower, and the florescence lasted 5 to 7 d. It would take about 30～40 h from pollens germinating to pollen tubes entering ovules． |
