摘    要: 研究大花香水月季雌蕊群的授粉率及花粉管生长途径,为其育种应用及资源保护提供依据。显微观察统计大花香水月季花期雌蕊群的授粉效率,荧光显微观察花粉管生长途径。结果表明:花朵萼片平行伸展后120h,柱头授粉率接近100%,单柱头花粉量达最大值为(84.20±5.8)粒;自萼片自然伸展48h时柱头上少量萌发,72h后花粉管伸长至花柱中下部,90h后观察到有花粉管进入子房。大花香水月季单花雄蕊(129±20)枚,雌蕊(30±5)枚,开放持续5~7d;花粉自萌发至花粉管进入胚珠需要30~40h。

Abstract:The pollination rate and the pollen tube growth in the gynoecia of Rosa odorata var. gigantean were studied to provide scientific basis for making right protection strategy and fostering new cultivars. The pollination efficiency of pollen grains deposited on stigmas of R. odorata var. gigantea was examined and the pollen tube growth in the gynoecia was observed with fluorescence microscopy. Results showed that the pollination rate could reach 100%,and the number of pollen grains reached (84.20±5.87) per pistil at 120 h after sepal opening; some pollen were deposited on stigma at 48 h after sepal opening, a few of pollen germinated soon after. The pollen tube extended into the middle of style at 72 h and passed through the base of style at 90 h after sepal opening and entered into the ovary. The number of stamens averaged (129±20) and pistil averaged (30±5) per flower, and the florescence lasted 5 to 7 d. It would take about 30~40 h from pollens germinating to pollen tubes entering ovules.
