日粮中添加黄芪多糖对断奶羔羊生长性能、血液生化指标及免疫力的影响

摘    要:试验探究黄芪多糖(APS)对断奶羔羊生长性能、血液生化指标及免疫力的影响。试验选择80头体重相近、健康的断奶羔羊随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复5只羊。对照组羔羊饲喂基础日粮,黄芪多糖组羔羊在基础日粮中分别添加0.1、0.2、0.4 g/kg的黄芪多糖,试验期30 d。结果显示:0.2 g/kg和0.4 g/kg APS组羔羊末重和平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);0.2 g/kg和0.4 g/kg APS组羔羊料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。0.2 g/kg和0.4 g/kg APS组羔羊碱性磷酸酶活性和胆固醇含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);0.2 g/kg和0.4 g/kg APS组羔羊IgA含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);0.1、0.2、0.4 g/kg APS组羔羊IgG含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);0.2 g/kg和0.4 g/kg APS组羔羊TNF-α含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,在断奶羔羊日粮中添加黄芪多糖可以提高其生长性能、改善血液生化指标、增强机体的免疫力,适宜添加量为0.2 g/kg。

Abstract:The experiment studied the effect of Astragalus polysaccharides on the growth performance, blood biochemical indexes and immunity of weaned lambs. In the experiment, 80 healthy weaned lambs of similar weight were randomly divided into four groups, with four replicates in each group and five sheep in each replicate. The control group was fed with basal diet, and the Astragalus polysaccharide group was fed with basal diet adding 0.1, 0.2, and 0.4 g/kg Astragalus polysaccharide diets. The test period was 30 d. The results showed that the end-of-test quality and average daily gain of the 0.2 g/kg and 0.4 g/kg APS groups were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05). The feed weight of the 0.2 g/kg and 0.4 g/kg APS groups were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). The alkaline phosphatase activity and cholesterol content of 0.2 g/kg and 0.4 g/kg APS groups were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05). The IgA content of 0.2 g/kg and 0.4 g/kg APS groups were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The IgG content of 0.1, 0.2, 0.4 g/kg APS groups were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The content of TNF-α in the 0.2 g/kg and 0.4 g/kg APS groups were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05). The experiment indicated adding Astragalus polysaccharides to the diet of weaning lambs can improve growth performance, improve blood biochemical indicators, and enhance the body’s immunity. The appropriate amount is 0.2 g/kg.
