微生态制剂对肉鸡生长性能、免疫功能、肠道菌群及血清生化指标的影响

摘    要:为研究微生态制剂对肉鸡生长性能、免疫功能、肠道菌群及血清生化指标的影响,试验选用1日龄AA肉仔鸡800只,随机分为5组,每组8个重复,每个重复20只。对照组肉鸡饲喂基础日粮,微生态制剂组在基础日粮中依次添加剂量0.1%、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%的微生态制剂,试验期42 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,日粮中添加0.2%、0.4%和0.6%的微生态制剂显著提高肉仔鸡末重(P<0.05),微生态制剂组肉鸡的平均日增重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),日粮中添加0.2%、0.4%和0.6%的微生态制剂显著降低料重比(P<0.05);日粮中添加微生态制剂可以提高肉鸡血清IgG水平,且0.4%微生态制剂组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,日粮中添加0.2%、0.4%和0.6%的微生态制剂可显著降低肉鸡肠道中大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌数量(P<0.05),且0.4%添加量组的效果显著优于其他添加量组(P<0.05);日粮中添加0.2%、0.4%和0.6%的微生态制剂可显著增加肉鸡肠道找那个乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌数量(P<0.05);日粮中添加0.2%、0.4%和0.6%的微生态制剂可显著提高肉鸡血清总蛋白含量,降低血糖含量(P<0.05)。研究表明,在肉鸡日粮中添加微生态制剂能够提高肉鸡的生长性能,提高机体免疫力,改善肠道菌群结构,最适添加量为0.4%。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of microecological preparations on growth performance, immune function and intestinal flora of broilers, 800 one-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into five groups: control group,microecological preparation group 1, microecological preparation group 2, microecological preparation group 3 and microecological preparation group 4. There are eight repetitions in each group and 20 repetitions in each. The control group was fed the basic diet, and the microecological preparation group was added with doses of 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.4%, and0.6% in order, and the test period was 42 d. The results showed that compared with the control group, the addition of0.2%, 0.4% and 0.6% microecological preparations in the diet significantly increased the weight of broilers(P<0.05), and the average daily weight gain of microecological preparation groups was significantly higher than that of control group. In the control group(P<0.05), the addition of 0.2%, 0.4% and 0.6% of microecological preparations in the diet significantly reduced the feed-to-weight ratio(P<0.05). The addition of microecological preparations in the diet could increase the level of IgG, and the IgG level of 0.4% microecological preparation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). Compared with control group, the addition of 0.2%, 0.4% and 0.6% microecological preparations in the diet could significantly reduce the number of E. coli and Salmonella(P<0.05), and the effect of the 0.4% addition group was significantly better than other addition groups(P<0.05). The addition of 0.2%, 0.4% and 0.6% microecological preparations in the diet can significantly increase the number of Lactobacillus and bifidobacteria(P<0.05). Adding 0.2%,0.4% and 0.6% of microecological preparations to the diet can significantly increase the total serum protein content and reduce the blood sugar content(P<0.05). The experiment indicated that the addition of micro-ecological preparations to the basic feed can significantly improve the growth performance of broilers, improve the body’s immunity, and improve the structure of the intestinal flora, and the optimal dosage is 0.4%.
