丁酸梭菌替代抗生素对肉鸡生长性能及血清生化指标的影响

摘    要:为研究不同水平丁酸梭菌对肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标及经济效益的影响,选择2 000只体重相近、健康的1日龄AA肉仔鸡,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复100只鸡。空白对照组肉鸡饲喂基础饲粮,抗生素对照组在基础饲粮中添加100 mg/kg金霉素,试验1、2、3组分别在基础饲粮中添加100、400、600 g/t丁酸梭菌制剂。结果表明,饲粮中添加丁酸梭菌极显著提高肉鸡平均日增重(P<0.01),600 g/t丁酸梭菌组与抗生素组差异显著(P<0.05);饲粮中添加丁酸梭菌400、600 g/t能极显著降低料重比(P<0.01),极显著提高肉鸡血清总蛋白和白蛋白水平(P<0.01),饲粮中添加丁酸梭菌100、400、600 g/t可极显著降低肉鸡血清氨含量(P<0.01)。研究表明,丁酸梭菌具有改善肉鸡生长性能、促进蛋白质、促进脂类沉积的作用,且以添加量为400 g/t较佳。

Abstract:In order to study the effect of different levels of Clostridium butyricum on growth performance, serum biochemical indexes and economic benefits of broilers, 2 000 healthy one-day-old AA broilers with similar body weight were randomly divided into five groups, with four replicates in each group and 100 broilers in each replicate. The blank control group was fed with basal diet, the antibiotic control group was fed with chlortetracycline 100 mg/kg, and the experimental groups 1, 2 and 3 were added with Clostridium butyricum 100, 400 and 600 g/t respectively. The results showed that the average daily gain of broilers fed with Clostridium butyricum 100, 400 and 600 g/t were significantly increased compared with the blank control group(P<0.01), the average daily gain of broilers fed with Clostridium butyricum 600 g/t was significantly increased with the antibiotic control group, broilers fed with Clostridium butyricum400 and 600 g/t significantly reduced the feed to weight ratio(P<0.01), significantly increased the total protein and albumin levels of serum(P<0.01), but had no significant effect on serum globulin(P>0.05). Adding 100, 400 and 600 g/t Clostridium butyricum could significantly reduce the serum ammonia content(P<0.01), and significantly reduce the feed cost per unit gain(P<0.05). The results showed that Clostridium butyricum could improve the growth performance, protein and lipid deposition of broilers, as well as the economic benefits of broiler breeding. The optimal addition amount of Clostridium butyricum was 400 g/t.
