茶皂素对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和养分利用率的影响

摘    要:试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平茶皂素对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和养分利用率的影响。选取600只40周龄健康的海兰褐商品蛋鸡,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复25只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加100、200、300 mg/kg的茶皂素。预试期7 d,正式试验期56 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,100、200、300 mg/kg组蛋鸡的产蛋率显著提高(P<0.05),200、300 mg/kg组蛋鸡的料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05),200 mg/kg组蛋鸡的平均蛋重显著提高(P<0.05);100、200、300 mg/kg组鸡蛋的蛋白高度和哈夫单位显著提高(P<0.05);100、300 mg/kg组蛋鸡的蛋白质利用率显著提高(P<0.05),100、200、300 mg/kg组蛋鸡的粗灰分利用率显著提高(P<0.05),200、300 mg/kg组蛋鸡的钙、磷利用率显著提高(P<0.05);从经济效益上看,蛋鸡日粮中添加200 mg/kg茶皂素较好。研究表明,饲粮中添加适量茶皂素可以提高蛋鸡的生产性能,改善蛋品质,提高养分利用率,提高经济效益。

Abstract:The purpose of the experiment was to determine the effect of different proportions of tea saponin added into the diet on production performance, egg quality and nutrient utilization of laying hens. Selected 600 Hailan brown commercial laying hens in good health and in the same physical condition at the age of 40 weeks as the experimental animals.The experimental animals were randomly divided into four groups with six replicates for each group and 25 chickens for each replicate. Hens in control group were fed basal diet.100, 200 and 300 mg/kg tea saponin were added to the basic diet for the experimental groups. The pre-trial period was 7 d and the trial period was 56 d. The results showed that compared with the control group, the egg production rate of group 100, 200, 300 mg/kg was significantly higher(P<0.05). The feed egg ratio of group 200 and 300 mg/kg was significantly lower(P<0.05). The addition of tea saponin in the diet significantly increased protein height and Haff unit(P<0.05). The utilization of crude protein of 100 and 300 mg/kg group was significantly increased(P<0.05). The utilization of crude ash and calcium in the 100, 200 and 300 mg/kg groups was significantly increased(P<0.05). The utilization of calcium and phosphorus in the 200 and 300 mg/kg groups was significantly increased(P<0.05). It was indicated that adding tea saponin to diet can improve the production performance of laying hens, improve egg quality, improve nutrient utilization and get better economic benefits. 200 mg/kg tea saponin in the diet of laying hens was the best under the conditions of the experiment.
