野生豆瓣菜嫩茎无性系建立的研究

摘    要:以野生豆瓣菜的嫩茎为外植体,在附加不同浓度的BA、IAA、NAA和2,4-D的MS培养基上进行离体培养。结果表明:诱导豆瓣菜的嫩茎形成愈伤组织的最佳培养基为MS+BA0.5 mg/L+2,4-D1.5 mg/L;诱导愈伤组织分化的最佳培养基为MS+BA0.5 mg/L;分化不定苗生根的理想培养基是1/2MS+IAA 0.2 mg/L;试管苗移栽和扦插的最佳基质是炉灰渣;地栽试管苗具有较抗寒、抗逆性强的特点。

Abstract:The stem-segment of Naturtium officinale were cultured on MS medium with BA,IAA,NAA and 2,4-D at different levels.The results showed that the optimal callus induction medium of tender stem was MS+BA 0.5 mg/L+2,4-D 1.5 mg/L;And differentiation medium of callus induction was MS+BA 0.5 mg/L;Induction of root was better in medium of 1/2 MS+IAA 0.2 mg/L.Ashes from a stove were a good transplanting medium.The tuber seedling of open field cultivation had the character of cold-tolerance and stress resistance.
