| 摘 要： | 灵芝(Ganoderma)属于中国传统医药。灵芝酸为三萜类化合物,是灵芝中具有生物活性的物质。它的药理作用非常广泛,例如抑癌、抗病毒、抑菌、防治心血管疾病、保护肝脏和防治癫痫等。笔者综述了灵芝酸的药理作用、提取方法以及菌丝体发酵生产灵芝酸的研究进展,并对灵芝酸相关产品的开发和利用作了简要展望。

| Abstract: | Ganoderic acids produced by Ganoderma lucidum,a traditional Chinese medicine,are bioactive compounds shown to exhibit a wide range of pharmacological effects including anti-tumor,anti-viral,antibacterial and hepatoprotective activity,and have also been used in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases and epilepsy.This article describes the progress of research on the medicinal properties of ganoderic acids,together with improvements in the systems and processes employed for their production and extraction.Prospects for the future development and utilization of these natural products have been evaluated. |
