| 摘 要： | 畜禽脂肪沉积受多种因素的影响。主要分析了遗传因素和营养因素,尤其是对影响动物脂肪沉积的相关基因作了重点分析,包括FABPs、PPARs、obese和leptin、UCPs、LPL、HSL、adiponectin、IGF2。
