| 摘 要： | 本实验结果表明,用热板法和醋酸扭体法测得BD的镇痛ED_(50)分别是0.060mL/kg和0.009mL/kg,其镇痛效力是保定宁的1.8倍(热板法)或2.4倍(扭体法);BD能显著抑制小鼠的自发活动、协同阈下催眠剂量成巴比妥钠的催眠作用和抑制电刺激小鼠的攻击行为,其镇静安定作用优于单一的保定宁和安定;BD能对抗戊四唑、印防已毒索和±的宁所致动物的惊厥反应,其抗惊厥作用强于安定;BD还具有显著的肌肉松弛作用,其作用效力分别起保定宁和安定的14.6和18.9倍。

| Abstract: | The experimental results showed that anesthetic ED_(50) ofBD is 0.06 mL/kg determined with the hotplate method and 0.09 mL/kgwith acetic writhing test in mice, and its analgesic effectivity is 1.8 or2.4 times as potent as that of Bao Ding Ning. BD can markedly inhibitthe spontaneous locomotion of anaesthetized mice and represses theaggressive behavior of electro-stimulated ones, and it also potentiatesthe hypnotic effect of a subhypnotic dose of pentobarbital sodium onmice. The sedative and tranquilizing effects of BD are superior to thoseof Bao Ding Ning and diazepam. In addition, BD has a marked myore-laxant effect on rabbits. |
