农户精养淡水鱼的随机前沿模型分析

摘    要:在综述随机前沿模型理论及应用的基础上,选取Battese和Coelli 1992、1995年模型为原型,利用我国农户精养淡水鱼投入产出数据构建我国农户精养淡水鱼随机前沿模型。结果发现,以含税成本为资金投入变量,以税金比和精饲料费用比为技术效率影响因素的Battese和Coelli1995年模型具有较好的估计结果。进一步应用该模型测定技术效率,并进行技术效率影响因素分析,结果发现:我国农户精养淡水鱼生产目前处于规模报酬递增阶段,资金投入对产值的贡献率远大于劳动力投入对产值的贡献率;2002和2003年我国农户精养淡水鱼平均技术效率值为83.5%,且存在着明显的时空差异;税金比对我国农户精养淡水鱼技术效率值的影响为负效应;精饲料费用比对我国农户精养淡水鱼技术效率值的影响为正效应。

Abstract:The Battese and Coelli(1992 and1995) models were constructed and selected on the basis of stochastic frontier model theory and the data of input and output of intensive fresh water fish production in China.The estimated results revealed that the Battese and Coelli 1995 Model was more appropriate,in which the cost including tax and period expenditure was used as capital input variable and the tax ratio and intensive feed ratio were used as the factor influencing technical efficiency of intensive fresh water fish production in China.The constructed model was applied to calculate the technical efficiency value and to analyze the factor influencing the technical efficiency.The main conclusion can be drawn that the current status of intensive fresh water production in China was the increasing return to scale and the capital inputs was contributed much more than labor input.In the year of 2002 and 2003 the average technical efficiency value of intensive fresh water fish production was 83.5% and there existed obvious time and region difference.The tax ratio and intensive feeds ratio had negative and positive effluence on the technical efficiency value,respectively.
