引进新疆的48个枣品种果实与果核性状分析

摘    要:为给进一步研究枣品种的果实与果核性状奠定基础,从而为今后新疆枣品种的引进和选育提供参考依据,以引进新疆的板枣、薄皮枣、苹果枣、稷山长枣等48个枣品种为研究对象,对其果实与果核形态学特征及其核纵径、核喙长、核横径、核侧径、单核质量、核型指数、单果质量、果实纵径、果实横径、果型指数、可食率等11个数量性状指标进行了调查与观测,在此基础上还进行了相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析。观测结果表明:48个枣品种的果实外观形态从扁圆形至扁柱形均有分布;其果核形状从卵圆形到长纺锤形均有表现。相关性分析结果表明:枣核纵径与核型指数、果实纵径间均呈极显著正相关,其相关系数分别为0.704和0.845;枣核横径与单核质量、单果质量间也均呈极显著正相关,其相关系数分别为0.761和0.714。主成分分析结果显示:从11个数量性状中提取出3个主成分,其积累方差贡献率达到86.895%;其中,第1主成分反映了果实、果核横向性状与果实、果核质量之间的信息,第2主成分反映了果实、果核纵向性状与果型、核型指数之间的信息,第3主成分反映了可食率的信息。聚类分析结果显示:48个枣品种可划分成7组,果核和果实形态在各分组间均呈现出大核、大果,大核、中果,中核、中果,中核、小果,小核、小果的组合变化规律,这表明其具有完全不同的遗传背景。

Analysis of fruit and stone characters in 48 Ziziphus jujubacultivars introduced in Xinjiang
Abstract:In order to provide some basis for introduction and breeding ofZiziphus jujubevarieties in Xinjiang, using 48 cultivars (Banzao, Bopizao, Pinguozao, Jishan Changzao and so on) introduced in Xinjiang as materials, some morphological characteristics of fruit and stone were researched. Some quantitative characters of fruit and stone (stone longitudinal diameter, stone tip length, fruit transverse diameter, single stone mass, stone side diameter, stone shape index, fruit shape index, fruit longitudinal diameter, stone tip length, edible rate, and so on) were also investigated. The results of observation showed that fruit shapes were from flat to flat cylindrical circular, and stone shapes were from oval to long spindle. The results of correlation analysis showed that stone longitudinal diameter had very signiifcant positive correlation with stone shape index and fruit longitudinal diameter, and the correlation coefifcients were 0.704 and 0.845, respectively. Stone transverse diameter had very signiifcant positive correlation with single stone mass and single fruit mass, and the correlation coefifcients were 0.761 and 0.714, respectively. The results of principal component analysis showed that three principal components were extracted from 11 quantitative characters, and their cumulative variance contribution rate reached 86.895%. The ifrst principal component reflected the information about transverse characters and mass of fruits and stones. The second principal component reflected the information about longitudinal characters and shape indexes of fruits and stones. The third principal component reflected the information of edible rate. The results of cluster analysis showed that the 48 cultivars could be divided into 7 groups. Stone and fruit morphology between groups showed the grouping rules of large stone-large fruit, large stone-medium fruit, medium stone-medium fruit, mediumstone-small fruit, and small stone-small fruit, which indicated that their genetic background was completely different.
