摘    要:为给野生黑果枸杞种质资源保存及其创新利用提供理论依据,以柴达木盆地野生黑果枸杞分布区域的3个野生群体为研究对象,对其19个表型性状进行比较分析。结果表明:野生黑果枸杞表型性状除浆果性状在群体间存在显著性差异外,其它13个表型性状在群体间和群体内中均不存在显著性差异;通过聚类分析将3个野生黑果枸杞分为2类,第Ⅰ类为格尔木和德令哈,第Ⅱ类为诺木洪。

Phenotypic diversity of wild Lycium ruthenicum populations in Qaidam Basin
Abstract:In order to provide some theoretical basis for preservation, innovation and utilization of wild Lycium ruthenicumgermplasm resources, three wild populations at the wild L. ruthenicum distribution areas of Qaidam Basin were used as test materials, and 19 phenotypic characters were compared and analyzed. The results showed that in the phenotypic characters of wildL. ruthenicum, except berry characters among populations, the other 13 phenotypic characters did not exist significant differences within and among populations. The results of cluster analysis showed that three wild L. ruthenicumwere divided into two classes, the class I included Geermu and Delingha, and the class II included Nuomuhong.
