摘    要:食用花卉具有天然的食用价值、药用价值及美容功效。本文阐述了食用花卉的发展历史、开发现状及其在食品工业、烹饪行业、保健品中的开发应用,并提出食用花卉产业目前存在的问题及行业发展的建议。

Abstract:Edible flowers have a natural food value,medicinal value and beauty effect.This paper describes edible flowers′ development history,present situation,and its development and application in food industry,cooking industry and products.It also states existing problems of edible flower industry and mates related recommendations to its management and development.
