| 摘 要： | 森林工程审核是森林工程实施的重要环节，其审核的作用是充分发挥森林经营组织在森林工程实施中的主导作用，有利于工程项目的优化和实施，为主管部门审批和工程管理提供支撑。森林工程审核的基本思路为：以森林工程对森林生态系统作用效应为切入点，获得森林工程生态系统作用效应的作用因素和作用时象，提出森林工程生态系统作用效应的目标指标体系，将“作用因素和作用对象”对照“目标指标体系”进行评价，提出森林工程生态系统作用效应最佳的优化方案。

| Abstract: | Forest engineering audit is an important link in forest engineering implementation. The audit function is to take full advantage of the leading role of forest management organization in forest engineering implementation. It is conducive to the optimization and implementation of engineering project and can provide support for the competent authorities to approve and project management. The basic ideas of forest engineering audit are as follows ： （1 ） to make the effect of forest engineering on forest ecosystem as the breakthrough point, （2） to obtain the affecting factors and action objects of action effect of forest engineering ecosystem, （ 3 ） to propose target index system of action effect of forest engineering ecosystem, （4） to evaluate the affecting factors and action ohjects according to the target index system, and （5） to propose the optimization of action effect of forest engineering ecosystem. |
