| 摘 要： | 西藏高寒草地面积达7707.53万hm^2，占草地总面积的94.90％，合理利用和保护这些草地资源，具有重要意义。本文分析了西藏高寒草地资源的特点及其可持续利用的主要制约因素，进行了可持续利用评价，建立了评价指标体系和评价方法，并以昌都地区丁青县为例进行研究分析，据此提出了改革草地使用制度、实施草地生态建设、实现草地法制化管理和建立草原生态环境监测系统等实现西藏高寒草地资源可持续利用的管理对象。

| Abstract: | There are 77 075 300hm 2 alpine rangeland resources in Tibet that takes 94.90% of total rangelend resources.It is important to rationally use and protect the alpine rangeland resources which ensues a sustainable development of Tibet.Based on the characteristics and current use condition of the alpine rangeland resources in Tibet,the paper firstly established an index system for sustainable management evaluation;with which it developed a method of evaluation.Finally,the paper takes Dingqing County as a case,and identifies the major measures for sustainable utilization of alpine rangeland resources in Tibet. |
