摘    要:因摩擦温度分布不均匀而导致的对偶钢盘产生径向裂纹,是湿式多片制动器遭到破坏的主要原因之一。通过对湿式多片制动器在紧急制动工况下瞬态热应力场的有限元分析计算,揭示出热应力在对偶钢盘横截面内的分布规律,提出了防止湿式多片制动器发生上述破坏的一些措施,并对对偶钢盘部分热应力点进行了试验验证。

Abstract:Recently the wet multidisc brakes are in common use in heavy construction machinery because they have many advantages, such as high and consistent torque capacity, smooth engaging characteristics, long service life and so on. Non homogeneous temperature distributions on friction surfaces are the main cause leading to the cracking of a multiple disc wet brake. On the basis of the finite element calculation of thermal stress fields in emergent braking, this paper revealed the distribution rules of thermal stresses on the cross section of a mating steel plate, and proposed some safety measures to prevent the failure of a wet brake. The experimental results verified the accuracy of the distribution rules of thermal stresses.
