| 摘 要： | 奶牛乳腺炎的诊断方法有很多,临床乳腺炎可根据临床症状进行诊断,用于隐性乳腺炎的诊断方法有乳汁细胞学检查、乳汁的细菌培养、电导率测定、pH值的检查、乳清电泳诊断法、酶检测法、PCR检测方法、被毛微量元素检验法以及其它衍生方法.本文对奶牛乳房炎诊断研究进展作了系统的介绍.

| Abstract: | There were a great many diagnostic methods to prevent dairy cow mastitis. It can be diagnosed by clinical symptom for clinical mastitis. Other diagnostic methods were used for subclinical mastitis, such as cytological examination of milk, bacterial culture, determination of electric conductivity, detection of pH, lacto -- serum electrophoresis diagnostic, enzyme detection, method of PCR, detection of microelement in clothing hair and so on. Advancement of diagnostic methods above--mentioned for cow mastitis were reviewed in this paper. |
