酶解法提取地鳖虫多糖工艺的优化

摘    要:采用酶解法对地鳖虫多糖进行提取试验,优化提取工艺.通过单因素和正交试验方法,筛选提取条件,测定多糖含量,摸索地鳖虫多糖提取的最佳酶用量、提取时间和温度.结果表明:地鳖虫多糖提取的最佳酶用量为300μg?g‐1,提取温度50℃,提取时间3 h ,多糖含量为14.326%.

Abstract:The Eupolyphaga sinensis polysaccharides extraction test was conducted and extraction process was optimized by enzymatic hydrolysis.The extraction condition was selected and the content of polysaccharide was determined through the single factor and orthogonal test method,and the optimum enzyme dosage,extraction time and temperature of Eupolyphaga sinensis polysaccharide were studied.The results showed that the optimum conditions of Eupolyphaga sinensis polysaccharide was extraction enzyme dosage of 300 μg·g-1,extraction temperature of 50℃,extraction time 3 h,the content of polysaccharides was 14.326%.
