摘    要:利用60Coγ射线辐照粳稻品种Kitaake,获得一个性状稳定遗传的水稻矮杆突变体del1,本研究对其形态学、矮化性状遗传、叶片超微结构及生理特性进行了分析。结果表明该突变体田间表现为植株矮化,叶片直立,叶色浓绿和不结实;矮化突变性状由单隐性基因控制;突变体的叶肉细胞超微结构正常,但体积明显小于野生型;突变体幼苗株高对...

Abstract:One rice dwarf mutant del1 (dwarf and erected leaf)was isolated from a japonica rice variety Kitaake through60Co γ-rays irradiation inducement. Its characteristic of physiology, ultrastructure and genetic analysis were investigated. The results showed that del1 exhibited dwarf, dark green and erected leaves, and sterility. the dwarf phenotype was controlled by a single recessive nuclear gene. TEM analysis showed the ultrestructure of mutant del1 mesophyll cell was normal, but significant smaller than that of wild type. The mutant del1 was sensitive to GA3, and insensitive to eBR in terms of elongation of shoots. The protective enzyme activity of mutant leaf decreased more quickly than that of wild type. These results laid a basis for cloning and functional analysis of the dwarf gene.
