澳洲坚果果实数量性状的因子分析

摘    要:应用因子分析法可将28份澳洲坚果种质果实的11个数量性状归属于2个弱相关的主因子,其方差累积贡献率达80.353%,具有较好地反映这些性状所包含的信息。按照主因子所包含的性状及其所反映的生物学含义,可把2个主因子按方差贡献大小依次命名为果实重量因子F1和带壳果质量因子F2。采用正交因子和斜交因子模型分析了性状间的相互作用关系,并根据各种质的综合因子得分值对28份澳洲坚果种质进行了评价。
