| 摘 要： | 利用18对SSR多态性引物对来自中国4个省份的116份芒果种质资源进行SSR-PCR扩增,共扩增出202条条带,其中多态性条带193条,多态性比率为95.54％,PIC平均值为0.57.UPGMA树状聚类图表明,109份芒果实生材料具有丰富的遗传多样性,相似系数在0.6～1.0之间,可分为4个地域性群组,分别是广东和海南土芒、广西百色土芒、广西南宁土芒以及云南小鸡芒. |
