摘    要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取普通百里香(Thymus vulgaris L.)组培苗以及添加NaCl、壳聚糖的普通百里香组培苗的精油,利用气质联用法(GC-MS)结合色谱峰面积归一化法对其化学成分和相对百分含量进行比较研究.结果表明,3种组堵苗百里香精油都含有一般百里香精油的主要成分百里香酚、香芹酚、石竹烯等,化学成分的种类有...

Abstract:The essential oils from the tissue culture seedlings after adding NaCl,chitosan in the medium of Thymus vulgaris L.were extracted by steam distillation,and the chemical components and the relative contents from the three samples were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS)combined with peak area normalization method.The result showed that the main chemical components of essential oil in these samples were thymol,carvacrol and caryophyllene and there was only a slight difference in the type...
