石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定稻米中铬含量的不确定度分析

摘    要:采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定稻米中铬含量,根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF1059-1999)有关规定分析不确定度的来源。结果表明,稻米中铬的含量为0.11 mg/kg,扩展不确定度为0.02 mg/kg(包含因子k=2)。不确定度主要由样品处理过程和测量结果的相对标准偏差所引入。

Abstract:The objective of this study was to evaluate the uncertainty of determining chromium in rice by the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry method and find out elements affecting the uncertainty.It can provide evidences for evaluating the determination reports.The uncertainty source was analyzed according to Evaluation and Representation of Determination Uncertainty(JJF1059-1999).Results showed the content of chromium in rice was 0.11 mg/kg,and the expanded uncertainty was 0.02 mg/kg(k=2).Conclusion ...
