摘    要:以盆栽文心兰切花品种‘黄金2号’幼苗及成熟苗为研究材料,研究持续2个月的半干旱和干旱胁迫对其生长及光合生理特征的影响。结果表明,文心兰幼苗及成熟苗在干旱胁迫下,生物量积累减少,根冠比增大,叶绿素含量下降,净光合速率、气孔导度及蒸腾速率下降,植株生长势削弱。同时,研究发现,半干旱胁迫下,文心兰幼苗的反应不及成熟苗敏感。

Abstract:Small and big oncidium seedlings were used to study the effects of semiarid and drought stress for two months on their growth and physiological index.The results showed that the small and big seedlings reduced their dry matter accumulation,chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,stomata conductance and transpiration rate,but increased the root/shoot ratio together with the decreasing of substrates moisture.Meanwhile under semiarid treatment(substrates moisture under 50%),small seedlings was more sensiti...
